Nu:ionic Technologies is developing novel applications of industrial microwave technology to electrify the process industry. Our Microwave Catalytic Reformer(TM) allows for the production of Teal Hydrogen(TM), a low carbon hydrogen with 90% lower carbon intensity when compared with existing solutions.
We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our project execution team. This person will support the execution of Nu:ionic’s projects as it applies to front end development, detailed design, procurement, manufacturing, commissioning & startup. He/she will also collaborate with the Sales Team by supporting the development of proposals. There is also some corporate administrative functions and project documentation support.
The position is located in our Tulsa, OK office.
Authorization to work lawfully in the U.S. without sponsorship from Nu:ionic Technologies is required.

Responsibilities
- Organizes and maintains files and records.
- Develop and maintain a project filing system. Create document transmittals.
- Preparation of project packages, including procedures, plans, engineering drawings, supplier requisition packages, etc.
- Submit purchase requisitions, change orders, goods receipt, and invoice approvals.
- Ensure that invoices raised are submitted to the client in a timely manner.
- Ensure that suppliers invoices have the proper documentation support for approval.
- Prepares, formats and distributes documents such as meeting minutes, complex reports, presentations and studies.
- Support Project Engineers / Project Managers during the project lifecycle.
- Document management through all project stages.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in project administration roles of projects that include industrial processes (engineering, engineered process equipment manufacturing, installation/construction).
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office, emphasis on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Projects.
- Proficient in setting and managing SharePoint sites for document control.
- Excellent organization and time management skills and abilities to meet deadlines.
